October 31, 2011 MONDAY

These days I am pretty happy with my homework assignments, and school stuff... I am also pretty happy that I have a few more new paintings that I'm satisfied with. However, I hate it these days when people lie about you to someone else, or lie to you. I hate it. Just because of these little things, some people can make it into a huge event that everyone's suffering about... Like a few incidents from last year... When a new student came to our school and got bullied with no reason!!! Some people stood up for him, but he left!!! In 3 days!!! Just like that!!! I'm hoping that these things don't ever happen again, but some people just has the ability to lie about everything and spread it so that the whole school knows! That's what I hate the most... and these days I've had enough, I've had enough.... I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!

October 30, 2011 SUNDAY

This weekend I basically stayed home and did homework, studied for tests, practiced violin, and watched movies... These days were pretty boring, but we watched 2 pretty good movies called cars 2, and Captain America. Everything had been okay and my sore arm was getting better, but this morning when I woke up, it was RED... and it itched super super super super much!!! I liked taking shots and also the funny feeling after shots, but not this time!!! it's itching!!! I hate shots now... and guess what??? We'll have to take it another 2 times!!! Ahhhhh!!! Right now my arm itches more then 10 mosquito bites, so I hope that it stops itching soon, or it'll drive me crazy...

October 27, 2011 THURSDAY

Today was our school Halloween party. It was quite a lot of fun watching people stick their hands into animal organs just to find a golden marble that's worth 500NT. But I was pretty upset that barely anyone "really" dressed up... I worked really hard for my costume, it turned out pretty well, and I thought I looked a little bit like Edward... So, overall, it was pretty worth all the hard work. And plus, we had a costume competition for the whole school, and I won 2nd place, which I thought was pretty good. Anyways, before we had our Halloween party, we had Ms. Ru Ru's expository writing class, but just as we were about to start... Frank announced that we had to take our shots then... So all the girls (4 people) walked to the clinic room and lined up. I like shots but I don't like to look at them... I once looked at a huge needle and threw up... So, anyways, I looked at the needle today, but this time I didn't throw up since it was tiny. So I took the shot, it was a little cold when it went into my muscle, but it didn't really hurt at all... Although it didn't hurt when we took the shot, it became extremely sore about 2 hours after the shot, and it felt horrible...

Every time I take a shot, it always swell up, sore, and become red and hot... Just like what happened this time, and from my experiences, it always hurts the most on the second day... Which means the bad part hasn't arrived... (only due to my experiences)

October 23, 2011 WEDNESDAY

Tomorrow is our school's Halloween party, I've finished making edward's scissorhands, and I've finished preparing all the other clothes and costumes, but just before I thought I was completely done, I found out that I didn't have make up yet. I don't know how I'm going to be edward now. But anyways, I hope a make up set can apear right before my eyes when I wake up tomorrow morning. I don't think a miriclal will happen, but perhaps I can just use my mom's red lipsticks instead of buying another black one, and maybe I can use all my mom's make up stuff on my face...

I hope I'll be all prepared my tomorrow morning. However, if there's nothing I can do about my make up, I might just go without make up. Overall, I think that I shouldn't even have spent all these times making my costume if we don't get rewarded and don't get any credits...

October 25, 2011 TUESDAY

Maybe sleeping isn't important to you, but it is to me... Usually I sleep at about 10, but last night I stayed up still about 11 to make my Edward scissor hand's scissors... and they turned out pretty good later on, so it was a little more worth it now... I usually wake up at around 6:45, but today I woke up at 6 to work on my scissors again... Which means that I only got about 7 hours of sleep, which might be a lot to you, but too less for me. If I have at least 8 hours of sleep, I'll be all fine at school having no trouble at all to stay awake. But today I struggled to stay awake during History class... and it was the worst feeling ever, I've never felt so drowsy at school that I didn't learn as much... So... Anyways, if I do my homework assignments with some speed, I'll be able to get 9 hours of sleep each day, which is extremely helpful to me...

October 24, 2011 MONDAY

Today at school, the good old Ms. Padachie seemed to be back, and I am extremely relieved to find that out... We are now once again her good old homeroom students (I hope)... And anyways, after my regular day of school, I went home and helped my dad's company stick stickers on little pink zip lock bags. My grandma brought home some stickers with the code of the product they were going to place in the bag, and also 700 pink zip lock bags for me, grandma, and my brother to help stick stickers since one of the really fast sticker person got into a car accident and is now lying weakly in the hospital. The other sticker dude was okay but he twisted his wrist while playing tennis during the weekend, so he placed the stickers a little slower than usual. Anyways, they would have been fine normally if that happens once in a while, but today, they got an order that want 2000 of these products, and wanted them the next day, which meant they'll need 2000 zip lock bags with the code stickers on them. So that's why my grandma came home today with 700 stickers and zip lock bags to let us work. At first we thought it was fun and we had competitions of who can stick them faster, which was fun. But later on, it became tiring especially because we had to stick it on the exact same place for every single bag and my wrist got sore... We have now done about 500~600 bags and are all tired except for my grandma, she works like a machine, and does all the work. Although her eyes aren't very good, she does it perfectly and she is also the fastest one out of the three of us...

Here are some pictures of the stickers, the no-sticker pink zip lock bags, and the sticker pink zip lock bags...

October 23, 2011 SUNDAY

My parents had left Taiwan and headed for China on a business trip during Thursday, and they'll be back on next Tuesday morning. Anyways, my grandma had been here these days, she drives us to school, and cooks for us (although I don't like her food much).

Well, the night before last night, I didn't wrap my fingers up when I slept since I thought it was almost completely healed, so when I woke up the next morning, I noticed that I had slept on my finger all night, and it was painful... So I put the stinky pain rub on my finger, placed some ice on it, and wrapped it up again.

Now I am half way through a homework assignment that I can't finish up before my mom comes home since I had to interview her about standing up for someone or someone standing up for her... Anyways, this weekend I spent time playing Ma-Jiang with my Grandma since she gets really wants to play. And Ma-Jiang is a little complicated if you want to play it well since you'll have to remember what each player has put down on the table. And here's a picture of people playing Ma-Jiang just in case you didn't know what it is...

October 20, 2011 THURSDAY

Today was another weird and awkward day spent without talking at all to Ms. Padachie... I feel really bad and guilty now since I always talk to her regularly... And now she's still angry so I'm always really scared when I see her... I don't really know if she's going to forgive us for doing such a dumb and stupid thing and I hope she won't hate us forever... Now that Ms. Padachie seems to ignore and stay away from all of us trouble makers, I feel even more bad... I don't know how to explain this weird feeling... But... I really hope she forgives us some day... :(

October 19, 2011 WEDNESDAY

Today was a total mess at school, and I feel guilty... This morning while we were in homeroom, Phoebe dared Sam and Sean to turn on the smart board, and they did... They planned to turn it on then turn it right back off, but when it got on, it wouldn't get off when they pressed off since you had to wait for it to load all the way before you can turn it off. So the other three people at my table who were Vivian, Kathy, and I started laughing since Sam and Sean were tossing each other the remote and trying to get away from it by going to the restroom. But before they could get out of the door, Ms. Padachie caught them... I feel guilty since I didn't stop them from turning the smart board on, and I should have told Ms. Padachie right away... I feel guilty now... Ms. Padachie pissed off that time, and I deserved the punishment... Now Ms. Padachie kicked us out of her homeroom so we will now have Mr. Carlos' room as our homeroom... I feel guilty... I feel bad... SORRY MS. PADACHIE...

October 18, 2011 TUESDAY

I have so many things to talk about today!!! First of all, thinking about Halloween, I'm starting to think that I shouldn't spend a lot of time just making my costume and being careful about everything since no one in our school even cares!!! Barely anyone works hard for Halloween in our school, they just go with a simple mask on, don't even come, or just put a white blanket on themselves! No one has any spirit! But thinking again now... I feel that I have to make my Halloween costume perfect, and I don't know why I can't stop myself from caring about it even though I know that other people will disagree about dressing up... Well, perhaps it's just my personality...

Thinking to the past about Halloween, I missed the times when I was in Ohio for almost an year. Our Halloween was the best event ever, we got to dress up, ask for candies, and go ding-dong ditching to some people. My friends dad had a truck with a big place on the back that we could sit, so all my friends (about 12 girls) went with my friend's dad. We went around the neighborhood having a lot of fun, and we collected all our candies and made a pile on the truck were we sit, and as time passed that time, our pile of candies over flowed and spilled out of the truck, so kids went after us collecting all the candies we dropped. Our candies mostly went to trash later on since we were getting cavities when the candies were still not finished!!! I really missed the Halloween that year...

Anyways, today was a pretty fun day at school. And PE was all really fun until I got a finger jam... It was my turn to serve that time, so Willis passed the ball with a strong toss but he missed and the ball flied to my right, I tried to run to my right for the ball so I wouldn't have to go all the way across the court to get the ball later, but it hit my finger and slipped away... I thought I was okay that time so I still stayed on the court, but a little later, I found my finger swelling up, so I went downstairs and got an icepack... As I was having History class (the class after PE), it began to hurt more and more and also swelling up more. Although it hurts, I tried bending it down since it was fun because I could feel my fat finger squeezing together, and it gives me a funny squishy feeling.

After school, my mom put some medicine on my finger that came from the doctor, it smelled awful. After that, she wrapped my finger up. Now my finger looks like a well-rounded individual (get my joke?)... Anyways, now it looks like I'm pointing a middle finger when I try to write with my pencil. And it also slows down my typing since I could only use 9 fingers to type.

Anyways, this is what I mean by a well rounded individual...

October 17, 2011 MONDAY

Today was another boring day of school, the only thing I'll talk about today is about my Spanish test. I studied only yesterday at night for a few minutes just flipping through some pages read things out, so today I felt really nervous when we were about to take the test, but it turned out pretty well except that I was really hungry during the test and kept thinking about Ms. Padachie's sneaker bars in the bottom drawer in front of her desk. Also, before we started our tests, me and Phoebe had to do a presentation on Chile partly in Spanish, and I thought that I did a pretty good job. There's really nothing else to say... so... I'll end it like this...

October 16, 2011 SUNDAY

Today I got a new cellphone!!! Well, technically, I got it yesterday at night. But I just got it to charge, and barely touched it. My new phone's brand is Sony Ericsson, and it is a quite new product from the XPERIA. My phone's name is Xperia Ray, it's a pretty small cellphone compared to the other XPERIA products. I really like it because it uses the Android system, it's touch screen, it has an 800 mega pixel camera, it's not too big to carry, pretty thin, well designed, and not too expensive compared to an iPhone (about half the price).

Here's a picture of my lovely new cellphone...

Now I have some games and interesting things from the market in my new phone, I'm enjoying the scrabble game on my phone, and also everything else, but there's one thing I don't like about this phone. I don't like how it uses up it's energy fast when I browse or use things like msn or skype since I'll have to turn on my 3G stuff, but it barely uses up any energy when I'm not using it, so it kind of balances out if I don't use facebook or skype to much. Overall, I love my new phone, and I recommend this product to everyone who likes music, likes taking pictures, and doesn't browse all day. I recommend the cellphones with keyboards like the some of the blackberry products if you send a lot of messages or emails, and if you type things very often since it doesn't use up the battery power fast because only a little area on the phone is touch screen and also because it has a keyboard so you can type faster.

Anyways, I'm worried about my Spanish test tomorrow, so I might as well stop telling my story and go study...

October 13, 2011 THURSDAY

After my normal day of school today, I went to the dentist to check on my teeth like I have been doing for a long time... I usually go to the dentist to check on my teeth about every 6 months, and I'm getting quite tired of it. I usually just go there, let the dentist rinse my teeth, then poke around my teeth, then done... As simple as that.

Although I like going to the dentist for checking on my teeth since it always feel nice and clean afterwards, I didn't like it this time since mom asked the dentist whether I should get braces and he said yes... Well, I personally think that my teeth aren't very very very off the track, so I don't want to get braces... So now mom is thinking of  time for me to get braces... NOOOO!!! Anyways, I shouldn't have gone to the dentist with mom so she wouldn't get a chance to ask the dentist... Anyways, I'm not really ready for braces, I don't want them...

October 12, 2011 WEDNESDAY

I suddenly noticed that we're going to have the PSAT class/test again soon... It seemed like my last PSAT class/test had just ended... I feel nervous now since my mom expects me to improve on the test in this short period of time. I hope I can improve a lot on my test this time since I don't want to get beaten up by my mom.

I've just looked in my bookshelf and found an extremely old book that said "50 math skills... SAT..." on the cover, or something like that, so I picked it up, read it a little bit, and decided to finish studying and doing the exercises by our next PSAT test... I hope I have time to finish on that exercise book since I've noticed that it contains a lot of answering skills which can make math questions easier... I had some trouble last time finishing up my math questions, but I believe that these skills will make my life easier so I can finish it in time... I actually don't know where that old book came from (probably from a weird library), but no matter where it came from, I don't want to give it back.

October 11, 2011 TUESDAY

Oh man! Today after school, I was really unlucky, and I don't know why god's punishing me, I don't think it's because I've done something wrong... But anyways, today I was eating noodles with fish and corn in it that my mom had cooked, It was really hot, but I wasn't careful, so I picked up a spoonful of noodles and popped it in my mouth. And guess what happened? Well, I burned my tongue badly, and later when I was trying to calm my tongue with an ice cube, I stirred my noodles as fast as I could with my hands to make the heat go out (and partly since I was angry). But suddenly there was a splasshhhh!!! And I found myself dancing on the ground since the whole bowl of hot noodles spilled over me. It was a total waste of food, and it also burned my legs... Now part of my legs hurts when I touch it, and it's a pain... I hope I don't ever spill anything on myself again... By the way, I got slapped in the head (not face) by my mom...

October 10, 2011 MONDAY

Ya... Happy Birthday Taiwan... I really don't think there's anything good about double ten except that we can have a day off... Today my classmate Phoebe came over to my dad's company for 2 homework assignments that we had to do together. We didn't really spend a lot of time doing our work, we mostly wasted our time playing computer games, chatting, playing pranks on people, and playing Foosball... We had quite a lot of fun, but barely had time to finish our homework assignments. It seemed like Phoebe really liked the Foosball table at my dad's company, and she really want to get one of those for Christmas (if she doesn't get it she'll come steal my dad's Foosball table...).

Later she had dinner with my family, but we took quite a while deciding what to eat since some people liked this and some people liked that, but once or twice after agreeing on one restaurant, we found the whole restaurant occupied... Other than having fun with Phoebe, it was a pretty boring day...

October 9, 2011 SUNDAY

Thinking about Halloween, I thought about dressing up as Edward Scissor-hands, I thought about making the sharp scissor-hands by wrapping some foil paper around a piece of thin cardboard that are cut into shapes of scissors... I thought about how cool it would be, I could use some of my mom's black old leather jackets, boots, or belts as the accessories on Edward scissor-hands, and I can also cut little pieces of foil paper and wrap it around thin cardboard for the decorations on my outfit which will make it stand out even more...

I wonder why I always dress up as a character Johnny Depp had acted as, I dressed up as Mad Hatter last year for Halloween, Willy Wonka and Jack Sparrow a while ago, and I plan to dress up as Edward Scissor-hands for the Halloween this year... I think I like to dress up as characters Johnny Depp has acted as since his character is usually very funny in movies, and the movies always catch my attention...

October 8, 2011 SATURDAY

Today was a pretty funny and frustrating day for me, my mom and my brother went to Koushong to visit my grandparents, me and my dad didn't go since my dad some work to do, and I had violin and oil painting class. So anyways, after they left, my dad dropped me off at the place I learn violin and went to a comic store nearby where he bought a comic book and shared with me later on when my class was over... The comics inside the magazine were really funny, but they were all really long so I guess I can't share it with you guys... And after all that fun, I went to oil painting class as usual, and it was really quiet that class since my brother wasn't there. I was with another girl in that class, she was a new student that nearly spoke at all, so at last my oil painting teacher told her some jokes to make her speak a little, but once when I was drawing a very thin stroke on my painting for the bird's feather, my teacher said something really funny that made my hand shake and let my last feather on the bird become a blob... It was extremely frustrating!!! It's good that you can change and fix things with oil paint, but it's not good since I'll have to redo the area around the item you want to fix. And guess what? I had to do the feathers all over again just because of my teacher's joke!!!

Although I was very frustrated that my bird was ruined like that, I was happy to hear that my dad had Pirates of The Caribbean #4, which means we will be able to watch it before bed... Right now I have just finished the movie, I thought it was really exciting at some parts and really funny in the others, overall I thought it was a nice movie and I recommend it...

October 6, 2011 THURSDAY

Have you ever thought about what you want to be when you grow up? Well, I have thought about it before... A lot of people had asked me about what I wanted to be when I grow up, so that's why I started to think about it. When I was still a really young kid, I remember that I wanted to be a teacher, that time I thought teachers can tell you to do whatever they wanted you to do, but when grew up a little older, I realized that in most regular schools, teachers don't get payed a lot. Later when I was about fourth grade, I wanted to be an artist since I liked drawing, but I thought most artists are poor and only become rich after they die. When I was about fifth grade I wanted to be an actress since I watched a lot of cool movies of some people acting funny and some people acting serious, so I started making faces with different expressions when we take pictures, and it was quite fun... Now days I have thought that I want to be an architect, I want to be an architect since I found out that I always get excited when my parents are driving around with me and my brother looking either for a building which is sutible for their office, or either looking for houses/apartments that are sutible for my family...

Make sure you comment about what you want to be!

October 5, 2011 WEDNESDAY

Like I thought yesterday, when I woke up this morning, my arms and waist were really sore that I couldn't even pick up one of my arms to slap my alarm so that it will shut up, it was really really loud so I was nearly deaf by the time I slowly and painfully climbed down my bed and swung my arm at it... I was really tired this morning so I actually found out that I didn't wear socks when I was wearing my sneakers, realized that I forgot my school bag when I was stepping out of the door, and I also found out that I didn't bring my water bottle when I was about to go into the elevator at my apartment... So I was pretty forgetful this morning probably since I was tired...

Well, anyways, I thought that it actually felt really nice these days to do all my homework on my fluffy little bed although it's kind of hard and not really fluffy...

Tuesday, October 4, 2011

October 4, 2011 TUESDAY

Today we had fitness test during PE today AGAIN... we've had it for about two or three times since the start of our seventh grade already, and I hate it... we have to run laps/shuttle test, do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and something else that I think was called digging or digger... The day after our fitness test is always very painful, and it really hurts when you try to lift your arms... So right now I'm trying to get ready for the pain that is going to take place... Since yesterday I slipped in a puddle, my ankle felt weird and hurts when I walk, so I didn't run for our fitness test, but I did the rest since they don't hurt my ankle as much... But anyways, I feel sad about that since I'll have to run all alone the next time we have PE class...

I actually felt quite happy during PE class today since usually I can't even do one pull-up, but today I felt the power in me that made me do three and a half pull-ups (with a little mat under my feet to make me get a little closer to bar above... ha ha...) Even though three and a half pull-ups might seem very few to my classmate Phoebe, but it is a great improvement for me...

October 3, 2011 MONDAY

This morning I don't know why, but when my alarm clock rang, I slammed it onto the ground and continued sleeping... But gladly, my mom woke up early and heard my alarm clock drop to the floor and came into my room, when she saw me still asleep, she woke me up with a tickle... (I could have been late if it wasn't my mom) Anyways, when I got to school today, I found out that many people were late, and I was glad I wasn't one of them...  During lunch, they announced that half of the middle and high school students were late, and if they're late again tomorrow, they'll have to write an essay with a specified topic...

Today my mom, my brother, and I walked to a restaurant together for dinner, but as we were fast walking back to our apartment in the rain without an umbrella, I slipped, slammed my ankle and my butt on the ground, and got ran over my my brother... He was looking at his yummy popcorn and not looking at where he's going... So when I fell and stayed on the ground, my brother kept going and tripped right over me kicking my ankle again... Now I've got a boo boo on my butt, and my ankles feel weird...

October 2, 2011 SUNDAY

Guess what? Today was my dad's birthday, yesterday was my grandma's birthday, and the day before yesterday was my great-grandma's birthday! What a coincidence! Anyways, today my family, my grandma, my great-grandma, and a lot more aunts, uncles, and cousins all went to Taipei 101 for the birthday party of all three of them... I don't know why but last year's birthday party for all three of them were also at Taipei 101... Well, it's probably just because we like the restaurant there and that we can buy gifts for them from the shops there...

I had very interesting time listening to stories about my dad's childhood told by my grandma, and also my grandma's childhood told by my great-grandma... All of them were halarious!

My great-grandma is now 99 years old, but she can still play poker cards with us (and also winning us), walk by herself up and down stairs, tell us jokes and laugh with us, and she can also run!!! I always have a lot of fun with my great-grandma. I wish she can live for another 20 years!!!
