December 15, 2011 THURSDAY

After all, I thought that our performance wasn't really unacceptable, at least we didn't trip and fall, forget moves / lines, accidentally laugh out loud on the stage, and do all those embarrassing things. However, there were still a few awkward moments... or LOTS of awkward moments I should say... Phoebe dropped her microphone base 3 times onto the ground which caused some embarrassments. Also, when Howard was running out onto the stage, he also dropped his microphone base, which caused some noise on the stage. Anyways, I thought we didn't do good, but thanks to Ms. Padachie's last minute help with our performance (like last year), we did a little better and got the audience to clap with us... YAYY!!! I just thought it was a lot better than our rehearsal yesterday. By the way, I'm also very happy with our costumes that we made ourselves, that satisfied me. :D And also, Ms. Ruperez was an amazing host this year at our Christmas performance.

Although I thought that our performance was okay, I thought that the school's activities like sports day and Christmas performances are all getting worse and worse. That's what I think about our school these days... Ms. Pamela is probably sick and tired of working as a CEO kind of person and started fooling around and not being serious for performances or activities. For example, the sports day we just had this year was horrible... First of all, we don't even have our own track and field so we had to go borrow another school's track and field... Second of all, there were no food, no water, no fun activities where you could pay and play some mini games and earn little gifts. Third of all, we had to do the activities that SCHOOL had ASSIGNED for you!

AS A STUDENT, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHRISTMAS PERFORMANCE  SHOW THIS YEAR AT PAS...

December 14, 2011 WEDNESDAY

Like I promised yesterday, I'll tell you a little about yesterday... Yesterday, Ms. Padachie, Ms. Ru, Mr. Joubert, and all the 7th grade students went for a dinner and a movie together... I ate a big chicken burger and chocolate milkshake at the dinner, and a tiny little cup of coke at the movie... Anyways, the movie REAL STEAL was as good as the last time I watched the same one... It's very exciting, and I can watch it again without falling asleep!

Anyways, today we had Christmas Performance rehearsal, and guess what? IT WAS A MESS!!! We got on the stage... and forgot our chant... Ahh!!! I'm not talking about this day anymore to embrace myself... so... GOODBYE

December 13, 2011 TUESDAY

We had fitness test today, Darren threw up again from exercising to much without any food in his stomach... And then 7th grade had dinner and watched a movie together. Today was supposed to be a day where I can explain everything in a novel, but now that I am extremely tired from this whole day, I can't remember any details from this day... I KNOW I CAN THINK OF SOMETHING... tomorrow maybe... Now I just want to sleep because we've came home late from the movie and my eyelids are already closing... Anyways... I will tell you the whole / complete story of today with tons of details and explanations... GOOD NIGHT...

December 12, 2011 MONDAY

Today my group for the PAS commercial project stayed after school to finish up our project... We did a lot more today and I'm glad about that. Now I am pretty excited and sad at the same time because first of all, Ms. Padachie is bringing all the 7th grade students for a movie and dinner, that's why I'm excited. However, I'm sad because we have PE tomorrow and there is fitness test. NOOOO!!!! I hate fitness test... So I hope it can just rain and rain and rain all day tomorrow until the bell rings and 3:10 to send us to dinner + movie... But I don't think it'll rain tomorrow... NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

December 11, 2011 SUNDAY

At first my family planned to go back to Koushong this Saturday and Sunday, but it turned out that we didn't go to Koushong and went to a mall to shop for things we will have to bring to our trip to Canada this winter break... (which is coming up soon!) Anyways, I was pretty happy that we didn't have to go back to Koushong because everytime I go there, I'll just have to read all day, sleep all day, or walk around all day in the house. But I'm also sad because I always loved sitting on the stone chairs beside the big stone table in grandma's garden, enjoying the cool breeze under the shadows of grandma's trees, looking at the fishes in the little pretty waterfall tank, and enjoying the smell the roses and other flowers in grandma's garden with my good old grandpa who always tell me about himself and his partners' fight in the second World War. Last time he told me about how he saw one of his best friends die and got shot himself in the back when he was running towards his friend. Grandpa is always filled with his stories, but this time I didn't get to listen to any of his "sad-but-exciting stories"...

December 8, 2011 THURSDAY

Today a person from England came to our school and taught us "Shakespeare for beginners"... It was absolutely fun!!! That dude was awesome, he was extremely good at acting and also funny. I was called up the stage along with Darren, a 6 grade boy, to act out romeo and Juliet. One of the phrases I said was... "Romeo! Oh Romeo ~" IT WAS FUN! Although everyone laughed at me and Darren, I enjoyed copying what the dude told us to. Also, Dylan acted out the Hamlet, he was also very funny... Cool and fun... But a very amazing thing I found was that the cool dude could memorize all those Shakespeare plays in his mind!!! He's awesome. I really really wish that we could have another day to spend acting with him... HE'S REALLY HUMOROUS...

December 7, 2011 WEDNESDAY

I have to admit that I'm not a good student because I keep talking to myself these days think about how I'm going to be like or how I'm going to spend my time during Christmas break... I know... I'm a bad student... But I really want my winter break, I'm tired and I need a break from school... I really do... I don't really know how to express my feeling but I feel tired and frustrated and... I feel like no matter how long I sleep, I'm always still tired... AHHH!!! I need my winter break to go on forever.... And plus, I'll have to take a shot on my first day of school... *sigh... I HATE... LIFE? SCHOOL? HOMEWORK? VIOLIN? HOME? I don't know what I hate... But I just... HATE...

I'm TIRED... and I'm QUITTING... but am I a QUITTER? I DON'T KNOW!!! I don't want to QUIT but I'm TIRED!!! I'M TIRED OF ALL THESE THINGS THAT OCCUR IN MY LIFE!!!

December 6, 2011 TUESDAY

Noooo!!! I just found out that I didn't do my journal yesterday, which gives me 3 strikes in total now... So If I get another strike before my winter break, I'll get stuck out and all the time and work I've spent on my journal from this quarter would be wasted... So I hope I don't forget to do my journal this week and the following week.

Anyways, today during PE, we had a treasure hunt in a huge university next to our school. When we were heading for our treasure/lake, everything was just fine, however, when we thought that we won, we were missing our jojo, so suddenly we looked around, and found our little jojo climbing towards us slowly. Later when we were heading back and trying to find our way back to school, find Mr. Li, and claim victory, Me and Phoebe slowed down because our legs sore and could run fast from all the running that happened during sports day. And later we lost track of them... I felt horrible because I was the captain of my team, and it was my responsibility to keep my group together, but I lost them... that time I thought that maybe they're get lost or something dangerous happens, but as me and Phoebe made our way through the school while searching for our team members, we found no luck... So we hurried back to school, but when we got back, we found that the other people had already arrived for a long time along with our missing Kathy, Darren, Joseph, Willis, and Lucy... THEN... I was relieved... It was not a cool game because my legs sore like hell when I ran, uphill... downhill... upstairs... downstairs... all over the place... And guess what? While I was hiding from the other team, I got 6 mosquito bites!!! Horrible... I hate that university... That place is filled with mosquitoes!!!

December 4, 2011 SUNDAY

This morning we had sports day, and there is one way to describe it...TREMENDOUSLY-AWFUL, why? Well, because I am an extremely slow runner and for the races I've been in, I had to race against two 8th grade girls from the basketball team, and PHOEBE... As you might know about phoebe, she does not look VERY tall, however, as you may have discovered in every sports day, she is the fastest girl I've seen before... She's amazing... Although she doesn't specialize in arts, dancing, singing, and things like that, every time I see her run, I feel ashamed and sad for myself... Every sports day I've had before had been horrible... I'm always the one who gets blamed on if my teem loses... Well, EVEN IF We win, they still blame me for slowing everything down for THEM... I hate sports day... AND PLUS... We had to arrive at sports day early in the morning into the cold out of my warm fuzzy bed and onto the field... I HATED TODAY... But anyways, I'm also happy because IT'S OVER!!! YAAAY!!!!!!!

December 1, 2011 THURSDAY

Today is the first day of December, and the weather has finally felt more like winter. In the past weeks, even though it was already winter that time, it felt just like summer. But now that my favorite season WINTER has arrived, my bed seems like heaven since it gets all nice and cozy once you get in there for a few minutes. Anyways, today we discussed about sports day at school, and I am in the GREEN MAMBAS!!! AWESOME... However, as excited as I may be about being in the mamba teem, I'm also not happy because I have to do four activities while most of other people just need to do a maximum of 3. And that's not the worse, I'll have to have a long jump competition with 3 big and tall high school students... AND I AM ONLY A GIRL IN MIDDLE SCHOOL... Now that I can't change anything, I'll just hope that all my opponents will fail their jump and trip and fall... But I don't think it's possible that all 3 of them fall the same way... So I think I'll just do my best and get ready to loose and ruin Green team's chance of winning... :(
